You may have noticed the lack of “photography” posts over the last few months- the Manitoba winter definitely has had a lot to do with the scarcity of shoots! Now that the spring has sprung (spontaneous snow flurries aside), however, my calendar is filling out quickly, and I’m looking forward to each and every portfolio-building session with an anticipation akin to a child’s during the week before Christmas.
Last week I had the pleasure of having an impromptu session with one of my co-workers and her sister. We trekked around one of the oldest areas of Winnipeg, called”the Forks.”Lindsay and Ashley were a delight, and were real troopers – troopers in high-heels, that is! Next time, I’ll make sure to remind clients that walking shoes might be necessary! 😉
