Definitions vary on how long the newborn stage is, but the truth of the matter is, that your newborn baby will change drastically from week to week. A one week old is so different from a one month old, and while I photograph both, those ages are like night and day!
If you’d like the sleepy, posed images, there is a developmental time frame required of around 7-14 days old. Book in advance – don’t wait till baby is already here to decide if you want posed newborn photos, as that time frame will pass faster than you think!
